The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, a Single A affiliate of Seattle, play at Fox Cities Stadium which was built in 1995, with seating for 5,900. There is a concourse behind the seating, which has maroon seats on the bottom half and backed bleachers on the top half and last sections on each end. The bullpens are inset back into the end bleacher sections. The press box and three suites are at the back of the seating behind home. There is a picnic party pavilion behind the concourse on the first base side and grass seating at the ends of the baselines. The Rattlers were playing the Peoria Chiefs and even though both teams got the same number of hits, the Timber Rattlers couldn't string any together and lost 7-1. The box score was Peoria R-7, H-8, E-0 and Timber Rattlers R-1, H-8, E-2. The field lines are RF & LF-325', CF-405', and LC-385'. This was a cold night with the temperature at 54 degrees when the game ended. The attendance was 2,446 hardy fans. Fang is the mascot and his 10th birthday was celebrated tonight. The Team Store is the Snake Pit. Instead of shooting hotdogs they have Flying Brats.
