We wanted to go to a Chicago Cub game, but when Jim tried to get tickets two days after they went on sale none were available. We did go to Sloan Park to see what could be seen from outside the park. It is a nice park built somewhat like Salt River. On one of the outside walls are the Cubs logos through the years. Gary, a big Cubs fan, did go the the very large team store and make a couple of purchases. There is a Sheraton adjacent to Sloan Park, which probably goes for $200+ a night during Spring Training.
